Shipping and Returns

Order, Delivery, and Return Policy

  1. Custom and Large-Volume Orders

    For large-volume purchases and custom production orders, advance planning is required to ensure manufacturing capacity and production scheduling.

    • Orders that exceed available inventory require a minimum lead time of six (6) months from the order date.
    • A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total order value is required upon order confirmation to initiate production and reserve factory capacity.
    • The remaining balance will be invoiced and due prior to fulfillment and shipment.
  2. Missed Delivery Fees

    If a scheduled delivery is missed due to the customer’s inability to receive the shipment, an attempt fee equal to 50% of the original shipping cost will be charged.

  3. LTL Freight Deliveries and Storage

    For Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight shipments:

    • Up to fifteen (15) days of in-transit storage at the destination terminal is provided at no additional charge.
    • If delivery cannot be accepted within 15 days of shipment, additional storage charges will apply at a rate of $0.03 per cubic foot per day, with a minimum charge of $10 per day.
  4. Returns for Non-Defective Products (Buyer’s Remorse)

    Returns of non-defective products must be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery.

    The following conditions apply:

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • A restocking fee of 15% of the value of the item will apply.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • We can assist in arranging return transportation but will not cover return shipping expenses.
    • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A re-boxing fee may apply if not returned in original packaging.
    • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected, in the form of original payment.
  5. Returns for Defective or Damaged Products

    Claims for defective or damaged products must be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery and must include photographs documenting the defect or damage.

    Upon verification, we will work with you to provide either:

    • A replacement product, or
    • A refund for the affected item.

    If a replacement is provided, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement shipment.
